No great harm done, but it would set a bad precedent. FYI, copies of the limited edition fetch rather more than $450 on ebay, and you'd be doing buyers a favor by making one more set available in a thinly traded market. Why not get what you can for it?

Why not get what you can for it? The same reason I didn't sell the extra pair of tickets to last notes furthur show for what I could...
people were trying to get 2-3 hundred a ticket.....I sold my pair about 20 less than I paid. Why!? Karma of course....I suppose its the same reason we never sold cassettes to shows!

Or maybe his karma is that he has a $500 deductable and he picked up a set(not 4) of the E72 box set to help recoup the cost of the accident without even knowing it. Then passing it on to someone else who feels they are getting a good price. He did not set the market price for the box set. Why sell yourself short in these circumstances especially if it is something that you don't really want to part with. You had an extra pair of tickets, key word is extra and I am all for hooking someone up at a show because that is a once in a lifetime oppurtunity but this is different to me. And you didn't sell cassettes to shows because they were traded to begin with not purchased. Please don't take this personal but I see no reason to not make a profit here if someone is willing to pay more than face.

Hey, if I had to apologize for every screw-up of mine hereabouts, there wouldn't be room for anything else, ya know?

Hell, if Rob hadn't given me back my password, I shant have been able to chime in today...no one noticed (or were too over-joyed to post about it methinks?) that I haven't posted for days due to misbehavior of some sort (well, it sounds reasonable...? Nah, only skies would've gone for that).

Probably feels like months, eh? Women posting safely, youngsters unafraid of proclaiming their love for the 90s, AUD lovers free to say so...best of all?

No discussions of CREAM?

Who knows what rules govern this place--I used to think I did, but those days are long past.

Grima Wormtongue has your mind, and you are a puppet now, listening to Hell In A Bucket, trying to tell yourself it's just Born Crossed Eyed Revisited!

Not really the place for this type of thing, right? The forum is for talking not selling...

Well, my apologies for that. I didn't know if this would be a good place for it or not.

I wouldn't feel too bad if I were you; people arrange clandestine trades on here all the time (or post their emails briefly for such arrangements). I agree that it's not the place for it, but it's also not that big of a deal.

I did make a prom date with Miss Divine via this place.

That turned out to be a mixed bag; er, she's great, but Dan Healy didn't care for my behavior.

Sorry about you car Chris. It is a very generous offer you make to the community, but the devil is in the details, or shipping and handling in this case. I suggest giving S&H a hard look. If you need to raise as much as you can I would go everywhere (ebay, craig's list, ect.). Maybe you could get more then $450 (of course recipient pays S&H in this scenario). Then again if extra-extra good karma is where it's at for you ... I'd go with just good karma and as much cash as I can get. G'Luck!
